Xiaomi 15 Ultra has been in the news for the past several months. The company is reported to unveil 15 Ultra in India soon, much like its other variants including Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Pro. As far as we know, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra has recently been spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification website, which usually hints towards the India launch. However, nothing has been confirmed officially, but we can expect it to be soon unveiled globally as well as in India.

Xiaomi 15 Ultra:

The upcoming Xiaomi 15 Ultra has been spotted with the model number 25010PN30I on the BIS certification. The smartphone is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. However, the BIS listing does not reveal the name of the device. A previous report by China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) linked this model number to the Indian variant of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra. The global variant of the device is also expected to have a similar model number, with the last letter changed to ‘G’.

The smartphone was also earlier spotted on China’s 3C certification and the listing confirmed that the phone could be equipped with 90W max fast charging support. Rumor has it that the upcoming 15 Ultra will retain the same display as its predecessor Xiaomi 14 Ultra, featuring a 6.73-inch 2K LTPO AMOLED display with a 1,440×3,200 pixels resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.

Under the hood, the company might equip this smartphone with the flagship cutting-edge Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. As far as camera systems are concerned, the 15 Ultra is said to headline by a 200-megapixel large-aperture periscope telephoto sensor. The 200MP camera will be complemented and boasts an impressive f/1.63 aperture.

Talking about durability, the company is expected to deliver Xiaomi 15 Ultra with both IP68 and IP69 ratings, ensuring the device can withstand dust, water, and other elements. It is worth noting that the battery of 15 Ultra might be the same as it was in Xiaomi 14 Ultra.

Xiaomi 15 Ultra Expected Price:

To recall, Xiaomi 14 Ultra was launched in the global markets in February and arrived in India in March priced at Rs 99,999 for 16GB RAM and 512GB variant. We can expect the 15 Ultra to be launched at the same price range as the 14 Ultra.
