Moto G05 to launch on January 7; Key specs unveiled officially
Motorola is soon going to drop a new G-series smartphone in the Indian market dubbed Moto G05. And the device has already got a microsite on Flipkart where the key specifications and the launch date of the device have been revealed. The handset will make a debut in India on January 7, Tuesday at 12:00 PM IST.
It will be available for sale on Flipkart. The pricing details of the same have not been revealed until now. Expectations are that the device will be priced around Rs the budget of Rs 10,000. We will most probably get to know the exact pricing of the smartphone at the launch event.
Moto G05 confirmed specifications and features
The Moto G05 will come with a 6.67-inch display coupled with a 90Hz refresh rate, Gorilla Glass 3 protection, water touch tech, and 1000 nits of peak brightness. For security purposes, the phone features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
Apart from that, it also brings Hi-Res audio and Dolby Atmos support. The device is powered by the MediaTek Helio G81 Extreme processor along with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. According to the microsite, the smartphone will get virtual RAM expansion. It runs on the Android 15 operating system out of the box.
Coming to the camera, the Moto G05 houses a 50MP primary sensor at the back that can click above average photographs in day light settings and average ones in low-light settings. For capturing selfies and attending video calls, the device also gets an 8MP front snapper. It is powered by a 5,200mAh battery along with 18W charging support. A few details related to the smartphone are yet unknown. However, keeping in mind that the launch is just a few days ahead, the potential buyers will not be supposed to wait a lot.
